Dr. Bailey and the staff are so professional and helpful. He took the time to review the changes in my prescription, walking me around and having me look at different distances with the corrective lenses to ensure it was correct. Then the staff was great at helping to pick out new glasses

Best visit off all the great visits! My 15 yr old daughter had her appointment today, and she had a friend with. The friend had a shoe that was untied, so Dr. Bailey stuck her in the corner until she could tie her shoe like a big girl. Lol! Lots of laughs and educational for my daughter to see the difference and importance of wearing vs not wearing her glasses. Awesome job!!

The entire staff was wonderful as always. They were more than happy to help me pick out new glasses for myself and were so helpful and honest. Dr. Bailey was super friendly and he is so thoughtful about each person’s different lifestyle and situation, even told me I deserved to get myself a pedicure! Always a great experience here

My family has been going to Dr. Bailey for over 10 years and have always been pleased with his level of expertise and the detail he spends on the care of our eyes. We have also had great experiences with Mary Ehrlich, the Assistant Store Manager at Target Optical in Monticello. Recently, she went above and beyond on helping my son learn how to use contacts. Dr. Bailey did a great job explaining everything about what he was doing. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of, making sure I knew what options I had regarding my eyes, all while making sure he wasn't pushing me to do something I wasn't comfortable with. He also made sure my daughter and I understood what he was doing with her and how he checks children's eyes.

​​​​​​​I was a past patient due to a change in insurance we were told that Dr Bailey was “out of network”. I went to a different doctor that was “in network” I did not get the vision I felt I could achieve for over two years I kept not getting what I felt was acceptable service. I decided to find out how much it would cost to see Dr Bailey again I trusted him with my vision. He alway was straight forward and honest about what was going on. I am so glad I am back in his care.
